Smalley Auction & Real Estate Company began in January of 1982, after Tim graduated from The World Wide College of Auctioneering in December of 1981.  Later in 1982, he added his Iowa Real Estate sales license. 

Being an avid antique collector & auction goer, what more was in line than being in the antique business?  In 1985, Tim started trading antiques throughout the Midwest, Oklahoma & Texas.  Later in 1993, Tim began his own Real Estate Brokerage firm.  In 1994 he discontinued his traveling & antique show schedule. 

Smalley Auction & Real Estate Company has continued to provide professional auction services from start to finish, conducting auctions to best fit the client's needs & desires.  Experience & service is a must in our field.  We provide tent rental, complete packing and hauling services, computerized mailing lists throughout the U.S. to dealers, collectors, institutions & investors.  We also do personal property appraisals specializing in antique & collectibles, estates, and divorce settlements.
